Picture on the right shows the outer frame rails where the heat "showed" from welding the extra internal boxing plates. By installing the extra plates we have created an I-Beam in the frame rail. These plates were welded to the inside boxing plate with "plug welds."

This is a Kugel IFS cross member that was welded to the front with the ride height set for 25" front tires and 27" rear tires. All suspension components are welded in at ride height. Your wife will love you for it. Now she can drive your car without it wandering all over the road. Notice the special touch we added to the cross member in the picture on the left, there is a plate welded in between the frame rails and the upright.

Keith and Todd liked our work so much they hung it from their ceiling.

Dutchman Motor Sports installed their IRS to these frame rails.
