April 20, 2001, Tom Gross came to pick up this 34 Coupe and Chassis.  He says he will have it on the road in one month........wow that quick huh.  You Los Angeles dudes will be able to tell his car by those beautiful stamped 34 frame rails.  When you see him ask him if you can look underneath the car.

May 18, 2001, received this from Tom today, he has the body mounted and is going to take it for a spin maybe this weekend.  Pretty darn fast less than 30 days.  He absolutely jazzed, he took his chassis to the muffler shop and they ran 2.5" tail pipes between the frame rails.  Note the cross over tube just before the mufflers.  They installed 90° turn downs.  He says the only thing you see is the bottom of the transmission from the side.  Pretty coooool Tom.  Look out LA, there is one bitchin 34 on the road this weekend.  Oh yes, check out our famous master brake system.  Click on the picture to enlarge.

Now this is proof a hotrod can be built in less than a year.  Tom drove this to the Paso Robles Run last weekend 6-1-01.  You guys in California check this out.  Hey Tom, where's the tail pipes & mufflers?  Looks pretty low with those tall tires.  Nice job.
