Check out the ride height on this car. Halibrand 1 piece 5 spoke wheels and quick change. There were 143 holes in each running board that were filled with punched out 16 gauge circles. |

Rear view: Check out them tires! Can you see the wiper motor in the trunk? We kept the rear window the same size. We elected to remove the gas tank and rear splash apron. Then we rolled the rear pan, made custom brackets for the stock bumpers, modified the rear fenders, built custom rear tail light stands and rounded the trunk deck lid.

This Kugel front end sitting at "ride height", was the result of careful planning done before we built this chassis. The "ride height" and "look" was planned in the early design phase. This car rides like it was on air. The grill shell was custom built out of stainless flat stock with special dies to roll the bars. |
| Interior done in tan leather both perforated and solid. Those are not bucket seats, we modified the beach seat by bending some 3/4" round stock. Under the seat are the dual Optima batteries to start this monster motor and run accessories. Lecarra did the Banjo wheel for us with the same material. Autometer gauges and Vintage Air set off the killer dash with hidden air vents. What a wiring challenge with the addition of Street and Performance's "closed loop" computer system. Notice the top of the dash where the ashtray was located now fitted with a vent for the defroster. Nobody is going to light up in this car. Stereo? Of course, there is a hidden eye under the dash for remote controls to work the FM and CD unit. |
